She listened to everything we needed/wanted in a home and did not let us settle for less! It was worth the wait! We sold our old home for 20k more than we thought was possible! And she found our dream home well within our budget! She also helped us prepare financially for our new home with going over budgets and lots of ideas so we didn’t fall behind on payments. Even during a pandemic, she kept us up to date on all the closing details and dates and went above and beyond in every way to make our move go smoothly.

First, I am a widow and have never done this on my own before . Chantel came over and sat down with me and looked at my home as I was moving. She looked, and put it up for sale for more than l expected. Sold at asking price. She was there for all my questions and didn’t make me feel bad when I would ask her over and over. She’s down to earth, actually gets to know you as a person not just another day check. Helped me out with some huge projects had to fix on the house before could buy it. She gave me advice on endless things I could do with the house. What little things I could do to turnaround and sell it for so much more. Whenever I sell my house and looking for a new one I’ll be coming back to Chantel for sure!
